Public golf in Tucson

Question:

My wife and I are considering speding next winter in Tucson.  We like to golf, sometime 3-4 times a week.  What is the availability of public golf in Tucson for $25/round or less?

Response:

Tucson has 5 munis. at that time of year prices are as high as they get .I think residents are paying 16 to 18dollars for 18 holes walking they have a extra charge for non residents but a discount for seniors if you are one Good luck

Response:

There are quite a few courses.  They are all in your price range (less than $25/round) if you get a resident golf pass.  I played at Randolph North for $28 (being a non resident) and it was great.   The LPGA plays the Welch’s tournament there each year.  They take good care of the courses and they are VERY flat so walking is not too difficult.  Don’t be afraid to splurge at some of the other courses around Tuscon (i.e. Starr Pass) they are excellent and you can get a deal certain times of the year when the heat isn’t too bad. -Alex – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – My wife and I are considering speding next winter in Tucson.  We like to golf, sometime 3-4 times a week.  What is the availability of public golf in Tucson for $25/round or less?
