That’s the tapping thing, right? If so, it didn’t do anything for me. Ollie
Response:
Well, I guess no one’s used it. I hope it works because I just spent $185 for the tapes. It easily could be a hoax but then again, it’s only about 50% more than what I pay for a therapist. Diggory

I didn’t buy the tapes, but I did have a free phone session of it and it did absolutely nothing for me. Had it made a small difference, no matter how small, even temporarily, I might have persisted a little, but no difference whatsoever. I daresay it works for some people, though. Ollie

Well, the tapes finally arrived. I watched two of them so far. I’m kinda skeptical about it. In one video a guy plays golf and says he reduces his score by 10 points. This guy couldn’t play worth a damn. You’d expect to see some professional golfer hitting beautiful shots, right? Funny, this guy tries to hit one out of a bunker only to see the ball roll back to the same spot. It also seemed kinda odd that he wasn’t wearing golf shoes. I blame myself for buying the videos when I could have just downloaded a free manual. The videos have nothing more to them than the manual. Well, except maybe the videos offer more evidence that this is a scam. I’ll persist just because it’s easy to do.

Why not? Does it work in your experience? They say you don’t have to believe in it for it to work. So far I’ve used it on my fear of going to places like the barber and the gym. It didn’t seem to help much but I guess that’s because I have too many "aspects" to it. — diggory

This is EFT. Right? I downloaded the free manual. I read some of the stuff in it. Some of it made sense. The stuff near the end about psychological reversal caught my interest the most. Unfortunately, the techniques themselves didn’t do much for me. > It was a joke. I’ve run out of smileys.
I don’t get it. T.S.

Can someone explain sorta what this emofree stuff is? Not a full expose of course, but a summary of what the basic concepts are behind this stuff is. Like, what is this psychological reversal? cb
