Question:
My father is a Golf nut and I need to find golf course prints as I can’t afford an original, but he has mentioned an artist called Baxter in the UK. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but its worth a try. If I cannot locate any prints he likes to collect unusual clubs any direction to any place in the world that can help me out by Christmas would be useful. I don’t think that he has an Email facility at his work so post any messages to the group, if any of his friends see this don’t let on that you know what he’s might be getting from Father Christmas!!!! Any help appreciated Thanks in advance Regards Roger M Standing still is the quickest way to move backwards!

Have a look at http://www.webcom.com/tli/uk-golf/golfbk.html and send Rhod a message. I know that he has another side to his business in dealing in old golf prints – in nay event he may have some ideas.

Thank you for all your suggestions I have solved my Christmas problem – I had a look at Baxter Prints one of many suggestions and the products that they have are very good. If anyone else looking for quality pictures on a large range of golf courses this is the place to go. http://www.ibmpcug.co.uk/~ecs/mall.html I hope that the users of the this newsgroup do not mind me mentioning the above but it is more way of a thank you. Take a look at: http://www.artcom.com/artemo/ You will see an offering of the best looking golf sceneries of Ireland: the Front Nine. Selected by Christy O’Connor Jr. and painted by Irish artist John McNulty. We understand that John W. Griffin doesn’t like this very type of messages. But who cares? Who is he anyway? Take care,
