I tried a lot of them out and decided on StatCaddie.  Some of the program tracked way to much info on how every shot was played but I didn’t want to know all that.  I just wanted to track general information fairways hit, greens hit in reg., etc…. and StatCaddie does a great job of doing these kind of stats.  I downloaded my copy from ZDNet but I am sure the download is on there site.  Here is the URL: http://www.provalue.net/users/statcaddie/golf/index.html Blake – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – I am looking for a program to keep track of my scores, compute my handicap, etc. etc. I went to Download.Com and there were about 50 of ‘em. Murph, I’d like to encourage you to stop by our site ( http://www.sover.net/smasher ) and download a free demo version of Statmaster Golf. This program offers all the stats that the other programs do, but more, only with Statmaster can you monitor your player ranking just like the pros and the World and/or Sony Rankings. Our players in the rankings at this time include players from several continents and all over the U.S. Stop by and have a look, happy hacking ! Jeff — Jeffery J. About 3 months ago I blasted statcaddie for not allowing 9 hole entry of scores for stat or handicapping purposes.  I need to let everyone know that since that time, they have put out a new version that allows this function. This is probably the best all around software package out there now, and I’ve tried them all.  GolfStat Pro 4.0 is really the only other program out there that is even recommendable, in my opinion, but it is overly detailed and I think the interface is clunky.  Statcaddie does everything GStat pro does, (at least as far as I can see, other than running a leauge) and does it smoother, easier, and more effectively.  I blasted them before, just wanted to be quick to acknowledge the postive now that they fixed it. mark
