I bought a couple from Sam’s a year ago.  Didn’t last through a 3 week trip to Oregon.  Too much stress on the cloth where it hangs on the frame.  It would have to be really reinforced.  Only for occasional use, like soccer games. Sam’s Club has Coleman, by far most comfy and best made.  Also they have drink holders.  The price I paid for mine was $15.99 ea.  I bought 2 cheapies and 2 good ones.  1 of my Colemans got stolen so I guess the thieves like them too. You will have to judge most of these factors for yourself. But, Costco has quality folding chairs like you describe. They even sell a double.
