I believe the 3+ has a degree or two less loft than a standard 3 wood, which is usually 15 degrees. -Larry http://www.geocities.com/levys2 Rec.Sport.Golf Roll Call: http://u1.netgate.net/~kirby34/rsg/levyl.htm

Response:
Lanky, Per the tech spec’s for the Steelhead Plus woods on Callaway’s website (www.callawaygolf.com), the 3 wood has 15.5 degrees of loft, the 3+ wood has 14. All of the other spec’s are identical. Everyone’s swing is different – I use the 3+ (sometimes known as the Strong 3) because the trajectory isn’t quite as high as the standard 3, since I seem to have a naturally high ball flight.
